If you have a query regarding a current medication, please contact the practice on 0300 111 2300 - our Prescription line is open 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm Monday - Friday however we do not accept prescription requests via the telephone.
You can order your repeat prescriptions online by using one of the following services -
Alternatively you can complete a written request by coming to the practice and speaking to the reception team.
Please allow at least 3 working days for your prescription to be prepared.
These charges apply in England only.
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a PPC.

You will now have your prescription sent electronically to your chosen chemist directly, saving you having to come down to the surgery.
To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy you can ask reception to sign up.
