For non-urgent advice or treatment, send us your query via the E-consult banner below. Online Consultation requests can be made at any time and will be responded to as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days.

We continually find when trying to contact patients that the phone number we have is now incorrect. If you change your telephone number please let us know. You can use this site if you wish - choose 'Contact Details' from the main menu, down to 'Comments and Suggestions' and type a message. Thank you for your help in keeping your record up to date.

We are pleased to report that both Park Surgery and Thorntree Surgery were both rated as 'GOOD' following our recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.
Simply write to the Practice Manager and she will set all the necessary wheels in motion. Alternatively, request a complaints form from one of our Receptionist.
We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
G P Earnings
We are required to publish the average GP earnings for the Practices. During the year ended 31st March 2020 the average earnings based on 5 Part Time GPs was £69,187.

Additionally, If you or someone you know are experiencing Mental Health difficulties you can access help from the NHS Veterans' Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service (TILS). This service provides a range of treatments, from recognising early signs of mental health problems to therapeutic treatments for more complex mental health difficulties.
