Children - Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Whooping Cough, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hib see health visitor.

Adults - Tetanus every 10 years. Polio every 10 years see practice nurse.

Influenza - Advised before winter for high risk patients (patients aged over 65, history of heart, lung disease etc) contact doctor for guidance or see practice nurse

Travel Vaccinations

If you are planning a trip to a foreign country where vaccinations are recommended, make an appointment with a nurse 3 months beforehand.  Some vaccinations require a course of 3 injections.  NOTE: NOT ALL TRAVEL VACCINES ARE AVAILABLE ON THE NHS AND CHARGES MAY BE APPLICABLE
